I went to their sip and dine event last night and it was truly an amazing experience! The food was cooked to perfection. The service was a 10 out of 10. Sierra and Cassidy, provided outstanding service! This was my 2nd time and I have already booked for the next event. If you are looking for a great dining experience, you should come to one of their events.

I had a wonderful experience at Carrabba’s Italian Grill! Our server, Ciara, was absolutely awesome. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She had a great attitude and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Excellent customer service like hers really makes a difference. Thank you, Ciara, for making our dining experience so enjoyable, we’ll definitely be back!

Let me start with our waitress, Bres! She was absolutely amazing and delivered an outstanding level of service from start to finish. She was informative, engaging, attentive, and very detailed when explaining the items we requested. Her professionalism and positive energy made the experience even better. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was welcoming, and Bres truly helped make our visit memorable. This is the type of customer service that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend! By the way we are regulars, but this stuck out!

I was there today (4/14) with my family around lunch. I got the chicken skewers because the pic on the menu & online looked delish and substantial - like an easy way to get some protein (goals)… What I received was not what was on the menu IMO.. See pic! Giving lackluster.. like I ordered 4 individual grilled chicken nuggets & they each came with a stick stabbed in them like chicken lollipops. Smh lol. I’d get more grilled chicken in an 8 count from chick fil a & it’d be cheaper. I didn’t try them so idk how they tasted. Thankfully the waitress was nice and acknowledged what I received didn’t look comparable to what was advertised. I sent it back and got something else. Everything else was delish and as expected (plated nice, visually appealing, tasted great). Adding a pic of the dessert that was also advertised on that menu sheet. As expected, beautiful, & delicious 😍

The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Staff was excellent, however we had to return one dish because it was inedible and the server didnt even really ask what was wrong. How can you fix something if you dont know its broken? The lasagna was obviously frozen at one point because water started separating from the sauce and it had no flavor. It looked delicious at first glance and the portion was large, but it had no flavor. The mozzarella sticks I am hoping we're just overcooked. It had potential. The pasta was good and so was the chicken parm Just dont come here expecting something better than Olive Garden. This place only looks high end, it doesn't taste high end.
